I recently stayed at a hotel in Shanghai and had an excellent experience. the staff were incredibly supportive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Secondly, the hotel's location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to the National Exhibition centre and close proximity to two Indian restaurants. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I was pleased to have a room with an outside looking window. this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely stay there again.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any major issues.

The location was decent, close to some good restaurants and not too far from the city center. the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. the wifi was decent too.
The worst aspect was the lack of windows. I booked a room expecting a window, but instead was faced with a view of an internal courtyard.

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The facilities such as the self-service laundry room and the business center with good Wi-Fi were very convenient for my long stay. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was close to the National Exhibition center and some Indian restaurants - a welcome surprise for me as an Indian traveler. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and cooperative and helped me plan my visits around the city and book taxis.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel is in a convenient location near Indian restaurants and the subway, making it easy to explore the city. the staff is helpful, supportive, and multilingual, and the rooms come equipped with useful amenities like a self-service laundry room and a mini-gym. the breakfast offers a good selection of Chinese and European food.
Occasionally, the smell of cigarette smoke can seep into the room from other areas of the hotel.

The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent with both Chinese and Western options. there was a mini gym available, and the hotel had a robotic food delivery system which was a unique experience.
The location was inconvenient, with very few taxis passing by and a long walk to the nearest metro station. The staff's limited English communication skills made it difficult to get information about the city or arrange tours.

The hotel staff at this place were really helpful and friendly, and they spoke English too! They gave me great advice on places to visit and even helped me book taxis. The hotel also had a business center and a cafeteria, which was really convenient. And the best part? It's located near 2-3 Indian restaurants, perfect for Indian travelers like myself.
Room rates advertised at the hotel could have been more transparent.
